my son and his team won the first game of their season.... i have been looking forward to high school football for years and it is finally here. AND i get to be on the field as the team photographer.. so i bring you the weekly installment of cougar football 2012: my peyton

saying goodbye to hunter

in loving memory of our hunter babies

on Saturday, July 29, 2012, we said goodbye to our hunter... hunter was our retriever with a coat and a heart of gold.

after a very long emotional day, we held hunter and talked to him until he took his last breath and his heart beat for the last time.

hunter was only 4 years old, and lived for almost 2 after being diagnosed with cancer of the bone. he was so strong, he played up until the end.

we love you hunter, we will miss you forever. thank you for showing us, especially the kids, what unconditional love is and how strong you can fight. you may no longer be here, but you and your spirit will forever live in our hearts...

summer time - closing for summer break soon

a few hints that it is summer time:

cherries on my back tree
flip flops at the front door
the dogs rather sleep outside :)

i am so excited for summer. i will be taking a summer break from june 20th through about july 11th. in order to allow time to finish up orders, i will stop taking new orders around the 17th so that you have your files back in time :)
